Shamus Mulderig

Shamus B. Mulderig is a founding partner of Hissey, Mulderig & Friend, PLLC. His practice is focused on representing consumers in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He also has experience in class action and qui tam litigation. Before representing people, Mr. Mulderig defended Fortune 500 companies in product liability litigation.

In addition to serving on various discovery and science/expert committees in mass tort multi-district litigations, The Honorable Judge Joseph R. Goodwin appointed Mr. Mulderig to the Plaintiffs Steering Committee in MDL 1968, In Re: Digitek Products Liability Litigation, United States District Court Southern District of West Virginia. Mr. Mulderig has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict. He also has written and successfully argued appeals before state and federal appellate courts.

Mr. Mulderig is licensed to practice in New York, Texas, and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the Western District of New York, Northern District of New York, District of Colorado and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, American Bar Association, and New York Bar association.

Mr. Mulderig is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College (B.A. Political Science) and Widener University School of Law (J.D.)
